Residential complex “Central Park”

Description

Greening and landscaping for the Central Park residential complex is an example of the integrated approach of the Asteris Trade landscape design studio to creating a harmonious urban environment. Our task was to develop and implement a full cycle of work: from concept to final maintenance.

The first stage was the development of a design concept aimed at combining natural elements with the modern architecture of the complex. Next, the team completed a full package of working documentation, including landscape design, internal landscaping and an automatic irrigation system. This allowed us to create a clear, structured and understandable basis for further work, without unforeseen decisions and errors in the implementation process.

In the Central Park residential complex, trees, shrubs and perennials were planted and transplanted, large-scale earthworks were carried out to prepare the planting areas, as well as a lawn was arranged with subsequent care. Our specialists paid special attention to the author’s supervision, controlling each stage to ensure precise adherence to the project.

Thanks to the comprehensive work of the Asteris Trade team, the territory of the Central Park residential complex received a well-thought-out, functional and visually harmonious landscape that works for the comfort of residents and the durability of green spaces.
