Sense City

Description

Landscape company Asteris Trade has developed a concept and a full package of working documentation for landscape design, outdoor landscaping, automatic irrigation and drainage for the Sense City residential complex.

The project is aimed at creating a comfortable, safe and aesthetic environment for residents of a modern residential complex, taking into account the principles of sustainable development, inclusiveness and functionality of space.

Concept and planning structure

The territory of the first stage (1.6 hectares out of a total of 9.5 hectares) is divided into functional zones: a central square for meetings and events, a pedestrian network with intuitive navigation and geoplastics with integrated benches and relief elements.

The project provides for a barrier-free environment, fire escapes and accessibility elements for groups with limited mobility.

Children’s and recreational areas

Inclusive children’s spaces with safe covering and zoning by age have been designed. A separate area for the youngest is located in the courtyard, which ensures silence and maximum safety.

The recreation area includes an interactive fountain, terracing with benches and awning structures, as well as evening lighting.

Landscaping and engineering

The landscaping is built on the principle of seasonal expressiveness and durability. Mature trees (plane trees, maples, birches, pines, Kanzan cherry trees) and multi-tiered compositions of shrubs and perennials have been designed.

The project includes automated irrigation, a drainage system, and energy-efficient lighting.

Sense City is an example of an integrated approach to shaping the urban environment, where landscape design enhances architecture and creates a comfortable space for living.
